Conditional Formatting using a formula based on 2 columns.

Hello Wizards,
I'm having issues with CF, have managed to set 5 but having issues with the PINK one not performing. I've tried to re-order but not having any luck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. In the below image, I'm trying to get the PINK CF to function when COMPLETED is NO AND Due is empty. I think it might have something to do with NO FORMAT SET, but if i remove that then everything in the DUE column goes RED. We have a user who "forgets" to enter a DUE DATE when tasks are active. (PS: apologies for the table being fugly- I've inherited it) Many thanks in advance

Try changing the purple condition to a formula and use this formula
=AND($J5="No",$K5<>"")
