Hi
I have column like the one below. I want to highlight all cells that contain Friday. So I went to CF-->highlight cells rules-->text that contains, then i typed Friday (or later typed friday) but nothing happened. What could be the issue? I highlighted the column before applying CF. Also the column generated from typing today day and then use autofill and then use custom formatting. Thank you

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Are you sure the cells aren't simply dates formatted to show the name of the day?

I think that is what the following is saying ..

.. the column generated from typing today day and then use autofill and then use custom formatting.
Try this CF (use a formula ..)
