Conditional Formatting Question

Hello Forumers,

I have a question about Conditional Formatting. Is it possible to format a cell with a certain fill, depending on the value of the cell on its left?

I need to format the cells in the column titled: Actual Submission (Might say Actial on the screenshot - typo) I need to format it based on the date on the left (Column titled Planned Submission) However, when I apply a new rule, it only lets me select one cell - This won't allow me to format correctly. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you very much!
