Conditional formatting pivot table

'Good afternoon all,

I'm looking to conditionally format the below pivot table based on 0s on consecutive dates for each person. One consecutive '0', I want highlighted in pink, if it is 2nd consecutive '0' highlighted in red, and 3rd consecutive '0' or more, highlighted in a darker red. Also, how can I get the dates to sort in the right order? When I choose sort by date it arranges it in the order below. I manually did this on the second screenshot to show how it should look (if the dates were sorted properly)
