Conditional Formatting OR function: Text Value already contains Quotes

I'm using Conditional Formatting to colour cells if they meet specific text criteria. I want to compare a value if it's either this or that, then if so, colour the row green. Easy to do, I would think. I can get the first part but not the rest because the value is already enclosed in quotations.

Starting in cell C4, the values are either:

Connection table limit
Maximum limit
Virtual System Name
"Peak number of connections"

I've tried this statement
=OR($C4="Connection table limit",$C4="Peak number of active connections")
Rows that contain Connection table limit, it's colouring it green but doesn't colour rows that contain "Peak number of active connections"

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying

Welcome to the MrExcel board!
One issue could be that the two coloured texts above are not the same, however, I expect that is just a typo.

Try a formula liker this

=OR($C5="Connection table limit",$C5="""Peak number of active connections""")

Thanks so much Peter_sSs. I was almost got it. I also tried with ...$C5=""Peak number of active connections""

But your solution works. Thanks again.
