Conditional Formatting on Powerpivot Table Strange Behaviour

Hello,

I have set very basic conditional formats on my powerpivot table, but when the data is refreshed some of the rows of data dont format.
If I change to another worksheet within the same workbook, and go back they are formatted correctly?

Very strange behaviour, I am using Excel 2010 Pro 14.0.6123.5001 with Powerpivot For SQL 2012 11.1.3129.0

Anyone encountered something similar before?
