Hello -

I have an OLAP pivot that needs conditional formatting. This pivot is a income statement at the account level. So the conditional formatting can be built at a hierarchy level for the pivot. In my case, I can built the formatting on "LEVEL 9" of the hierarchy. The problem is both the revenue and expense accounts are at level 9.

How can I build a formula on account level 9, but be specific enough to discriminate between revenue and expense accounts? My accounts are in column A and if they begin with a 7,8,9 if they are expense and accounts beginning with 4,5,6 are revenue.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
