Hi everyone.
My name is Mathieu and its my first post here so if I make mistakes, please tell me and i'll correct them asap.

After searching with no success on the forum or internet I'm seeking your help on a very basic matter (as it seems to me).

In one of my % cells is the formula : =(7-SUMIF('Tâches par catégories'!D5:D149;"Assistant(e) administratif";'Tâches par catégories'!H5:H149)/60)/7
It gives me the % of time remaining of 7 hours minus the sum of the time taken by a list of tasks.
Ex : searching internet for an answer : 5,6 hours >>> time remaining : 1,4 hours >>> cell indicating 20%

I would like my conditional formatting to turn it to red is this % is less than 20%
I used "use a formula to determine which cells to format" and the formula is : <20 (which transform to Formula: ="<20" in the rule when I'm done)
But it doesn't work and the new format isn't applied when the number goes under 20%.

I must be missing something very simple I guess, but I can't find what...

Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Thanks you Alan, it works.

I indeed missed something simple : I've seen this solution in my searches before but only today realised that as I'm in France and we French are dumb, we use , instead of . even in the English version of excel...

So I just had to change :
= cell <0.2
in
= cell <0,2
and tadaaa.

Thank you very much again.

Cheers.
