Conditional Formatting - need to add a "not equal to" to my formula

Maybe it's because it's soo late and I'm here working on this but I can't figure this out. Help from the masters would be appreciated.

I have a conditional formatting formula already setup and it works...

<date(2019,8,2)))
AND(($AZ10>0.249),($F10<date(2019,8,2)))
<DATE(2019,8,2)))
<date(2019,8,2)))
<date(2019,8,2))) '
<date(2019,8,2)))

a) it's looking at Col AZ to see if its more than 25% AND
b) it's looking at Col F to see if the date is before 8/2/19

But I want to add to it... I'd like to add to check if Col BC contains the word "Inactive" - if it does, I don't want it to apply conditional formatting.

I added the Orange to it but it doesn't work:

AND(($AZ10>0.249),($BC10<>"*Inactive*"),($F10<date(2019,8,2)))
<date(2019,8,2)))
<date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))></date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
</date(2019,8,2)))
<DATE(2019,8,2)))

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Replace the orange part with
ISERR(SEARCH("inactive",$BC10))

Also when posting formulae that contain < or > you need to add spaces before & after the < & > or your formula will be destroyed.

Huge thanks!! This worked beautifully!

And noted on the format for posting formulas ;)
