Conditional formatting in pivot table

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Maybe...

Select B5:M20
Home> Conditional Formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format
and insert this formula
=B5>=LARGE($B$5:$M$20,10)
pick the format you want

Because you were using
Format only top or bottom values
first 10% of selected range
you're getting only 6 values highlighted
