Conditional formatting in a table

how do i make so that if column H is ✔, then coumn A should have green fill-color?

when i try this, all of column A get green fill-color:

whats the correct formula here or is it even possible for this in a table?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
