Conditional formatting in a table

how do i make so that if column H is ✔, then coumn A should have green fill-color?

when i try this, all of column A get green fill-color:

whats the correct formula here or is it even possible for this in a table?

=OCH(J4="✔"; K4="✔")
had to use ;

please can u create a formula that is if ="✔" or ="Inaktuellt"
from D5 to K5.
