So I have two sheets. One called "Inspections", one called "Summary".

If there are any cells in the range B4:C12 highlighted yellow (RGB of 255, 242, 204) in the "Summary" tab then I want the range A2:A4 in the "Inspections" tab to be highlighted the same color.

If there are any cells in the range B4:C12 highlighted red (RGB of 255, 195, 195) in the "Summary" tab then I want the range A2:A4 in the "Inspections" tab to be highlighted the same color.

If none of the cells in range B4:C12 are highlighted in the "Summary" tab then I want the range A2:A4 in the "Inspections" tab to be highlighted green (RGB of 226, 239, 218).

Thanks!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
How was the highlighting applied?

If it was applied through CF, then you could use the same rules for the other sheet.

If the color was applied manually, you will need VBA to make the changes you want

So that is a good point...it was applied through CF...but in that range their may be some things that are highlighted yellow and some that are highlighted red. So I need to decide how I want to handle that when there is both red and yellow highlighting.

So if you have the same rules to apply, that should be relatively simple to apply, just change the "applies to"?
