I need a formula that would allow me to use all three arrows (red, yellow, and green) depending on if the cells being compared are <, =, or >.
Less would be red, = would be yellow, and greater would be green.
Currently I am using an if formula if(A1>A2,3,1), and applying the conditional formatting depending on the outcome of the if statement. It works great for green and red, but I can't get the yellow to work.
My brain is tired
, so I am sure it is something simple that is escaping me.
Please help?
