Conditional Formatting - Highlighting Duplicate Values

Hi all,

So I know how highlighting duplicate values normally works. However...

I have a column containing various user IDs. The problem is that I only want the duplicate values highlighted if there are more than 3 of the same value. I don't want them to be highlighted if it it only comes across a value that is duplicated once or twice. It has to appear 4 times or more.

Any ideas on how to do this please?

e.g.
=COUNTIF(A$1:A$1000,A1)>3

Wow I have no idea why I didn't figure this out for myself. This is very simple.
