Hi ,

How do I highlight duplicate values is columns O and P only , so if the Value exists in O and P highlight it. I don't want to highlight cells with no values.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Re: Help with conditional formatting - Highlight duplicate values

you should be able to just set up the CF. select the two columns, click conditional format in the ribbon > Highlight Cell Rules > Duplicates
