Conditional Formatting help

Hi,

I am trying to conditional format a table. I want that days columns to go red when a number entered in the "In" column doesn't equal that of the "out" column. But stay normal if they add up like below.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

Clever idea. Here's a slightly shorter formulation:

Excel Formula:
=SUM(B$3:B$5)<>SUM(IF(ISODD(COLUMN(B3)),A$3:A$5,C$3:C$5))
