Hello -

I have a range of numbers in column N(N2:N11485) and I want to highlight these numbers if they match exactly from numbers in column P (P2:P215).

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Select the range N2:N11485, then enter the following Conditional Formatting formula:
Code:
=COUNTIF($P$2:$P$215,N2)>0
and choose your highlighting color.
