Hi,
is it possible to create conditional formatting of icon set as an indicator of task status, i.e. if an action is "in progress", i want to show a yellow circle icon next to "in progress", if an action is "completed", i want to show a green circle icon next to it.

The icon set currently in Excel only seems to follow either number or percentage values, instead of text.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
have a look at this thread, which covers a good work around.

This is my work around solution,

Then just check the show icon only box
