Conditional Formatting from one tab to another

I have a list of 120 zipcodes in one tab in Column A. If one of those zip codes appear in column K in tab(2) then it needs to be highlighted in Column K. How can if format this?

=COUNTIF(Sheet1!$A:$A,$K1)
