Conditional formatting for the whole sheet

I have thousands of rows in my sheet and I want to set when A1>0 then B1 be black in color; when A(2)>0 then B2 be black in color......(ie, Let i be the row number Cell A(i)>0, then cell B(i) will be black in color). Kindly tell me how to set. Thanks.

select B1 > select column B > Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use formula to determine ... :
Excel Formula:
=$A1>0
Format .... > Select whatever formatting you need > OK > OK
