Hello! I have a spreadsheet that is supposed to contain only entries of tests taken at a certain school, but some students are showing as having taken a test at a different school. I would like to highlight the few students' schools when the names don't match the desired school name.

Example:
Joe took test at Wright Middle School (correct school, don't want to highlight cell with any color)
Carol took test at Baker Middle School (wrong school, want the cell containing "Baker Middle School" highlighted blue)
Steve took test at Jones Middle School (wrong school, want the cell containing "Jones Middle School" highlighted blue)

I've tried a number of websites and several formulas, but they're working. All of the schools are listed in the D column. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Karen
