conditional formatting for numbers only

Column N has a list of numbers (ie: 2024-001) but it also contains some cells with text (ie: see comments). I want to create a formatting rule that will highlight only the duplicate numbers. So, in this case the formatting would highlight both cells N218 and N219.

"2023-013" is not a number, it's text.

Do all the "numbers" in N start with a 4-digit year? If so you can use this CF rule
