Hello, first post!

Im working in the strength and conditioning field and have multiple athletes doing different tests.
When doing tests I want to have their old personal bests and when I enter their new score for the test to show up green for better, yellow for same or red for a worse result.
I´ve done conditional formatting (CF) for one cell and it works great, BUT I cant seem to copy it to other cells without it using the old cells formatting

Ex. I have 24 athelets do 10 tests and Ive built it up as follows.
Sheet 1 is the test protocol that Im filling in, Sheet 2 has the same structure but their personal bests (PB). Sheet 3 is a nice graphic way to see it (structure from Sheet 1 and 2 is from our Masterfile with 1000s of athlete scores from decades so not easy to change)

My problem is:
If Athlete 1 has a score of 36 as PB in =PB!BI2 then Athlete two has her PB in =PB!BI3 but when I try to copy conditional formatting for TP!BI2 to TP!BI3 then she gets the formatting from PB!BI2 instead of PB!BI3

I want CF from PB!BI2 to TP!BI2 and PB!BI3 to TP!BI3 and PB!BI4 to TP!BI4 and so on.

Im sorry if its hard to understand, Im attaching the file as a dropbox link (couldnt see an attachment option) so you can see for yourself. The formatting Ive placed manually on BI2 and BI3 in sheet TP is the ones I want to copy down and also do the same for all the other columns.

Helpfull for all tips! :)
