Been trying to figure on what the formula should be but just can't seem to get it right.

Cells H10 to K31 have data. Column N10 to N31 have a value. I am trying to write the formula if any of the cells in H10 to K31 equal the value in N10 to N31 (H,I,J,K10 to N10..etc) then highlight the cell.

Every formula I try either highlights the cell if it contains anything or sometime highlights empty cells.

Any help would be appreciated.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Select your range of H10:K31. Click Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula > and enter:

=AND(H10=$N10,H10<>"")

select your fill color.
