Conditional Formatting for linked cells

I want to have different formatting for cells containing links. The data includes formulas like "=300+45*5", text as well as linked cells. I want to have only the linked cells show in a different colour.

Any suggestions?
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
How about
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("!",FORMULATEXT(B2)))
