Conditional Formatting for Cells which are different

Hi, I have created an excel sheet for my Online sales. In Returns tab i have created 2 columns, one is for Ordered Quantity and other one is for Returned quantity. I would to know, how can i create conditional formatting for cells which are different. For Ex-

In this attached image A column is for Order ID, B is for Quantity Ordered and C is for Returned Quantity. As you can check C3,C4 are different form B3,B4. I want conditional formatting formula to change C3,C4 into RED because they are different from ordered quantities.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Select A2:C2

Conditional Formatting
New Rule
Use a formula to determine...

=(B2<>C2)

Format as required
Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells
