Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me identify on what formula to use in order for me to count absences for each month and at the same time will accumulate that number.

So say, the sheet will count all the absences that the person made and if he/she accumulated more than 3, then the person's name will turn red.

please see screenshot below:

PS.

The highlighted cells in the image are the ones where I want to get the data for my formula.

Thank you helpful souls! :)

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Re: Help in conditional formatting for basic attendance tracking
