I have a question on conditional formatting in Excel 2007 if you please.

Here is my formula:
="YTD: "&FIXED(G21/F21-1,3)*100 &"%"

The formula works fine. I just would like to change the color of the text in cell N12 based on certain conditions. If (G21/F21-1) is >=0 I want the color to be green; if <0, I want it to be red.
Now what may work better is if cell J21 is positive, color cell N12 green otherwise color cell N12 red.

Thanks,
Steve K.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
(G21/F21-1) is >=0 I want the color to be green
Just use a Conditional formatting formula of:
Excel Formula:
=(G21/F21-1)>=0
and choose your green color.

if <0, I want it to be red
Create another Conditional Formatting rule and use a Conditional formatting formula of:
Excel Formula:
=(G21/F21-1)<0
and choose your red color.
