Conditional Formatting - change cell colour and and adding text

Im trying to use condition formatting to change the cell colour and add some text to the cell. The formula I’m using is =$K$11<$K$10 I’ve tried something like IF=($K$11<$K$10,A1=“Red”) but can’t get it to work. Help would be most appreciated.

in conditnal formating work based on True and Fales or 0 And 1 u can use
like =AND($K$11<$K$10,$A1="Red")

Conditional formatting cannot put text in a cell, but in some instances it can format a cell to show a certain text value.
What is in the cell you want the CF to work on?

I’d like to change the coloured red of a cell to red if one cell is greater then another and add the word ‘red’ to the cell. Many thanks Matt
