Conditional Formatting Between Two Ranges

1st range A1:B2 (sometimes values are duplicated)
2nd range A5:B6 (sometimes values are duplicated)

If any values in range A1:B2 matches values from A5:B6 they are highlighted. The data changes in range A5:B6.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
First select range A1:B2 and enter this Conditional Formatting formula and choose your desired color.
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF($A$5:$B$6,A1)>0

Then select ranges A5:B6 and enter this Conditional Formatting formula and choose your desired color.
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF($A$1:$B$2,A5)>0
