Conditional formatting based on other columns

Hi,

If column C value is equal or less than 80% of column F value then paint yellow column A value.
Is this possible with conditional formatting?

use this formula in ColumnA conditional formatting:

=$C1/$F1<=0.8

adjust the row references according to your data
