Hello Excel Masters

I have applied (3) conditional formatting rules to a range of cells (G3:HP204)
  • If the cell value = 0 the cell background = no fill and the font color is white
  • If the cell value is < another cell the cell background is red
  • If the cell value is > another cell the cell background is green
I want to apply conditional formatting to cell G1 which does the following:
  • If any cells in the range G3-G204 are red then color cell G1 red
Can This be done?

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Add a conditional format for cell G1 and put the following formula:

Change cell J1 to the other cell where cells G3 are compared
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF(G3:G204,"<"&J1)

So to piggy back off of this, any way to formulate for the following?

If Column J is <today() and Column M is <100 format the cell in J as red

I tried =AND($J:$J>TODAY(), $M:$M<100%)

But it isn't picking up the fact that m13 is 0 and therefore j13 should be red.

As this is a completely different question, you need to start a thread of your own. Thanks
