Conditional Formatting Based on Cell Text

Hello All...

I am trying to use conditional formatting to make D1="NONE' if C1="NO'. I can use the IF formula to do this one cell at a time, but I was trying to use conditional formatting so as additional rows are added, this process is more automated. Any suggestions?

Do you know of another possible soultion?

You could convert the data to a table & as long as the sheet isn't protected the formula will fill down whenever a new row is added.
