I have a formula that calculates the number of days between column K and column M. Then it places the word " days" at the end so it shows as 30 days, 25 days, 56 days, etc. Now I need to highlight any cell that has a calculation greater than 30 days. How do I do that with conditional formatting. When I do highlight cells that are GREATER THAN: 30 it highlights all of them. I also tried highlight cells that are GREATER THAN: 30 days and it highlights those greater than 30 days, but also highlighted some with less than 30 days. Please help me with this issue. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
