Hi Excel people !
I've tried a few times but I can't figure it out.
With the help of conditional Formatting I would like to check if a KPI is on target.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com
ffice
ffice" /><o
></o

The methode I'd like to use is "traffic light" methode.<o

The conditional formatting should be created based on a match with 2 criteria. <o

The first criteria is that the cel with the formatting searches in the correct quarter. (Tried to do that with line 4.)<o

Second criteria, once the first match is found, Excel should apply conditional formatting.<o

When the value in the cel >=1,1* target the traffic light should be turned RED.<o

When the value in the cel <1,1 * target, but >=1,0 * target then the traffic light should turn to Orange.<o
