conditional formatting 2 conditions not working

Hi

could anyone help me with a conditional formatting formula to color some cells in columns green
the conditions that have to be met are a "Z" in row 4 and and non blank cell value in row 6 ( there is a formula inside the cells) - unfortunately many trials but no solution

in the upload image you can see that the cells remain green whereas they should become back grey
