Good morning/afternnon/evening

I am managing a team of 30+ agents, based on different schedules, some have 1 hour lunch, and another some have 30 min, the number of agents is changing ( 15-35 ).

So I need to find a way to conditional format when a 30 min agent takes more than 30 min an color it in yellow, if passed 33 min then color red should be used.

Agent 1 - 30 min lunch time allowed - 30.001 to 33 min mark - Yellow is used ( if below nothing is colored )
Agent 1 - 30 min lunch time allowed - 33.001 and above Red is used

Agent 2 - 60 min lunch time allowed - 60.001 to 63 min mark - Yellow is used ( if below nothing is colored )
Agent 2 - 60 min lunch time allowed - 63.001 and above Red is used

Also there is a third cell that has a False/True to identify if agent is 30 min or 60 min

False = 60 min is allowed
True = 30 min is allowed

Hope you guys/gals can help me find a clever solution!!
