Hi,
I am looking to highlight two shifts on a work rota using conditional formatting but am really struggling. The shifts I am looking to highlight are 2pm to 10pm and 3pm to 11pm. How can I achieve this please?
Thanks,
Dean

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
You can put examples of how you have the data in the cells.

Some examples!

I know you have 2pm to 10pm in the cells, but in which cells?
also 3pm to 11pm in which cells

You could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. If the workbook contains confidential information, you could replace it with generic data.
