Conditional Formating

Using conditional formatting, I'm looking to highlight all blank cells in column G, if the corresponding cell in column F = Closed-Lost. Using the formula =AND(ISBLANK(G1),F1="Closed-Lost") I can get this to work for the first row but can't get to to work for the entire columns (G and F). I've tried it with $G$1, $F$1, $G$G, $F$F etc.

Anyone have any suggestions?

=AND(ISBLANK($G1),$F1="Closed-Lost")
