Conditional formating Y axis

I have an area that pulls in either an absolute or percentage value using adrop down box.

I have set up my chart to use this area for my chart.

However, the Y axis remains as a percentage when an absolute is chossen.

How can I get the chart to change between absolute and percentage?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
