Hello All,

I searched and found nothing so wanted to see if this is possible.

I have a form that we print out each day and sent to a different department so they can perform updates within the system. Well they are missing ALOT of the information we provide due to lack of focus and reviewing the document.

To avoid this I want to highlight any control that we modify that day so it pops out at them. Is there a way to do this within conditional formatting, or will this require VBA? Either or if someone could help I would really appreciate it.

Thank you in advance

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Is the other system able to import data? I'll bet that it is, and would suggest that exporting changed records at the end of the day (eg, to a CSV file) and importing that into the other system would be a lot more efficient.
If you have to go the route of printing and manually re-keying, you could use a "shadow" field that logs changes to each field on the form, and then format any fields that have changed in the past 24 hours.
A question: how many controls are there on the form?
