Conditional Formating in Reports

I am trying to shade a cell in my report based on certain values output by the formula (make sense yet?).

I have some percentages calculated in a box in my report. When I go to conditional formating, and apply the formats I want to use, I can only get the first format to come up, regardless of the output of the formula. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Cal

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
What values are you currently using in your conditional format box?

The first condition is "field value is between 0 and 49.99"
The second condition is "field value is between 50 and 99.99"
The third condition is "field value is greadter than 100"

I have two sep instances of the above conditional formating, and neither work.

Thanks,
Cal

Hi

Given the condition is based on a %, try changing the conditions to this :

The first condition is "field value is between 0 and 0.4999"
The second condition is "field value is between 0.5 and 0.9999"
The third condition is "field value is greater than 1"

HTH, Andrew. :)
