Conditional format %

I want to highlight cells in a column that do not equal either 15% or 7.5% but I can't seem to get it right. Help please :confused:

try selecting the range in column A first....
conditional formatting
new rule
Use a formula

=AND(D13<>0.15,D13<>0.07)

and select your format
