Does anyone know if there is a way to put a formula in a bar chart that will automatically highlight a bar based on a word? For instance below, I want the company bar to automatically turn green no matter where it shows up on the graph so that I don’t have to do it automatically every month.

Trying to attach picture but having troubles... will get it there soon. But hopefully my description is good enough to see what i needed.
