How would I conditional format Large and small letters

my example ...... a cell has the following Ss or Rr I want to highlight either one but the formula is also bringing in RR and SS.
I need to differentiate the large and small letters. something like =a1="Rr"....but obviously that's not working
Thanks everybody.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
How about
Excel Formula:
=EXACT(A1,"Rr")
