Conditional Format Question

Hi everyone,

I have a question for creating a formula for conditional formatting.

In cell A1 has a value 001

In cell B1 has the value 00

I would like to highlight cell A1 if the 1st 2 digits 00 are the same as cell B1 00

Color = Yellow
