Conditional format: If cell in column D is greater than 100% then highlight adjacent cell in Column C

I feel like I have this noted somewhere but I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight the adjacent column C cells based on weather the information in Column D is "100%" or greater. If under 100% it can stay the same.

C2:C100 - Change, reduce or extend the rows to meet your data range of rows

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=$D2>=1

Format [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK
