Hello,
I use excel 2010 and I have these two formulas,
=AND(NOT($K2= "DHD - On hold per Client"),$M2<now(),$n2>=0,</now(),$n2>$N2>=0<now(),$n2>)</now(),$n2>
=IF(AND(NOT($K2="DHD - On hold per Client"),$N2>=0,NOW()>$M2),1,0)
I can use either to help me highlight overdue assignments. I have to download a report and filter it different ways but instead of always highlight myself different situations, what I did is create a spreadsheet with certain conditional formatting, like a blank report and I just paste the values on to my blank formatted sheet. Either of the formulas highlight in red but what bothers me is that I pre applied the CF format on an area larger than the average length of the report for different report lengths, And the RED for some reason fills all the empty rows that are left up to the point where the format ends at row 300. how can I remove that?
if I take the = sign out of $N2>=0, then its fine, but it wont highlight everything I need
I need help with figuring out a better formula than this or if there is a setting to change on a spreadsheet.
Please and Thank you
