Conditional format a Pivot Field using other Pivot Field Value

Using Excel 2010, I'm trying to apply Icon Format Style to values of a PivotField

The refence to determine which icon to apply is in anotherPivotField

How do I do this ?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
