conditional delete column

Is there a way, a macro deletes the entire column if any value in
Row 2 = "--"

Sub DeleteCols()
For c = Cells(2, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column To 1 Step -1
    If Cells(2, c) = "--" Then Columns(c).Delete
Next c
End Sub
